Booking and Payment Full payment is required to secure your booking for any training session. We accept payments via direct deposit and cash. For payment details, please reach out to us directly.

Health and Safety It’s crucial that your dog is in good health when attending our sessions. Please avoid bringing your dog to training if they have shown any signs of illness such as vomiting, diarrhoea, or fever. Ensure your dog has been symptom-free for at least three days prior to attending a session. Any dog treated for a contagious condition must have a vet’s clearance before returning.

Liability Waiver By participating in our training, you agree to release Pawsitive K9 Behaviour and its trainers from all liability for any injuries, deaths, losses, or damages that might occur to any animal, apart from cases of negligence on our part.

Right of Refusal We reserve the right to refuse training services to any dog at our discretion without needing to provide an explanation.

Leash Policy Keep your dog on a leash during arrival and departure from our sessions unless directed otherwise by our trainers. If you’re concerned about managing your dog, have a word with your trainer before the session begins.

Dress Code We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and footwear suitable for physical activity to facilitate easy movement during training sessions.

Commitment to Training The success of our training heavily relies on your dedication to consistently applying and reinforcing the behaviours and techniques learned during our sessions when you’re back home.

Media Consent Photos and videos taken during our sessions may be used by Pawsitive K9 Behaviour in our promotional materials and online content.

Cancellation Policy

Notification Requirement If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance. This helps us manage our schedule and offer the slot to other clients.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to a scheduled session will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost. Failing to show up without any notification will result in a 100% charge of the session fee.

Refunds Please note that we do not offer refunds for training packages once they are purchased. We encourage you to consider your availability and commitment before booking.

Weather and Emergencies In the event of severe weather or unexpected emergencies, sessions may be rescheduled at no additional cost to ensure everyone’s safety.
